Job Description:

• Provide consultations and care for patients under supervision and take responsibility for the patients under your care.
• Collaborate in a team approach to ensure the best care for patients along the approved privileges.
• As the primary care physician for program patients, provide the best CDM experience, ensure continuity of care, develop medical reports, improve compliance to care, measure medical outcomes, manage follow-ups, cover for leaves of consultants, conduct TM consultations, and drive continuous improvement of patient experience and processes.
• Engage in PROMs, PREMs reporting, and performance dashboards development.
• Assist in the development of programs as required.
• Participate in Departmental/Divisional Educational Program development.
• Participate in the Departmental Quality Assurance and My Clinic program as requested.
• Ensure that the quality of care provided meets the standards of MOH, CBAHI, and other international standards.
• Abide by the rules, policies, and procedures of the Department and My Clinic.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Lead of the Department.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a faculty of medicine.
• License recognized by SCFHS as a General Practitioner.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a General Practitioner.
