General Manager (Restaurants Chain , Amman)

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the launch and operations of a new startup restaurant that will carry the brand and spirit of a well-established regional name. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong background in restaurant management, capable of overseeing all aspects of pre-opening preparations, team building, operational setup, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-volume restaurants and a proven ability to drive excellence in service, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. The successful candidate must have held a senior leadership role such as General Manager or Operations Director within an international food chain or a large, reputable restaurant group.
2. With a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, the ideal candidate is bilingual in Arabic and English and brings deep knowledge of both regional market dynamics and global best practices.
3. This role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to building a successful dining experience from the ground up.
