Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations to maximize revenue, profit, and market share.
• Manage P&L and drive lean processes and cost-effective production.
• Lead teams and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Innovate through R&D and diversify product lines.

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and process optimization.
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
