Job Description:

The General Manager of Strategy will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position will ensure alignment with long-term objectives while driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the Strategic Office for Developing Albaha Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the strategic vision and objectives in close collaboration with senior leadership. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  2. Operational Oversight: Direct the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with organizational goals. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and drive performance.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate the progress and performance of strategic initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
  4. Innovation Development: Propel innovation by identifying and adopting best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the organization.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance overall performance and creativity.

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, with a proven record of leadership excellence.
  3. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
