We are actively looking for a General Manager to take the helm at this lifestyle venue. For this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years’ experience in a senior managerial position within a high-volume restaurant group, luxury hotel, resort, high profile mall, or leisure facility.
Key Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the COO, the focus of this role is to deliver excellence across all operations while developing and mentoring your team of Department Heads, Support teams, and independent Partners: influencing them to be guest obsessed and driven to deliver a perfect guest experience, every time. The General Manager takes full operational responsibility for the site as well as full operational P&L management.
Your goal is to maximise the profitability and performance of the company operation by following company processes and identifying new growth opportunities.
You will work closely with both the KSA support team and the UK Head Office as this role is pivotal in the success of the overall Brand ambition being realised.

Salary Package Offered: SAR40-55k pm all inclusive – negotiable and dependent upon experience.
