The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving excellence. Your role as General Manager involves recognizing key responsibilities:

1. Maintain high standard qualitative environment of Unit(s) and manage/coordinate the functions of various teams.
2. Oversee and manage daily operations of the petrochemical plant or business, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety protocols.
3. Drive and execute strategic plans for the company's Transportation, Logistics, and Cargo operations.
4. Set the estimated budget and fulfill endorsed plans and executive programs.
5. Lead the operations of the leasing company aimed at leading the equipment leasing sector.
