General Manager

Hiring: General Manager Pharmaceuticals | KSA

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Pharmaceuticals to lead operations and drive business growth in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, business development, and strategic negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the pharmaceutical distribution operations in KSA.
2. Drive business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
3. Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with Saudi FDA regulations and industry standards.
5. Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

1. 18+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on distribution.
2. Proven leadership experience in a GM or senior management role.
3. Extensive business development and negotiation experience.
4. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape (Saudi experience is a must).
5. Arabic speaker preferred with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.
