GCC Lead - Global Distribution

Job Description

Location: Riyadh, KSA or Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE

About the role: The GCC remains one of the most active capital sources globally. The role is to oversee the GCC function of the Global Distribution team and will include coverage of the full spectrum of GCC capital sources, focusing on understanding global and domestic real estate strategies and ensuring the effective distribution of JLL’s most significant and strategic mandates across Investment Sales, Real Estate Investment Banking, and Funds Placement. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to JLL’s global Capital Markets business.

The candidate will work in a team that aims to identify, understand, and educate global capital, and to use this knowledge to originate, lead, and help execute transactions for JLL’s global Capital Markets platform. The candidate will be a strong team player with the ability to form trusted relationships and will remain involved in downstream assignments, from early advisory stages through to execution, utilizing the wider resources of JLL along the way.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Unlock new GCC capital groups with requirements to deploy capital offshore.

Key Requirements:

1. Over 8 years of real estate experience.
2. Proven experience in managing client relationships.
3. International Bachelor education degree.
4. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to manage a broad range of tasks and responsibilities.
5. Strong interpersonal and people management skills with cultural sensitivity and the ability to credibly interact with both institutional and private clients & investors.
