Future Gears On-Job Training Program is for fresh grad candidates.
The program is designed to enrich the participant's knowledge and provide them with the skills needed in early stage of their career to be ready for their professional lives in consultancy.
The program carries possibility of converting to a job in the firm judging by fit and caliber shown during program duration.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding academic achievement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Operation, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or relevant degrees.
