Our FS Technology consultants work in a client-facing role and take on the responsibility of practice development, thought leadership, business development, proposal development, solution architecting, sales closure, engagement delivery, billing, invoicing, and collection. They work in teams to provide high-quality execution of engagements for FS clients across the region while being independent.

FS Technology consultants demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge by staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. They establish deep relationships with client personnel (at appropriate levels) by understanding the client's perspective and become the de-facto go-to-person. Their work output is expected to be of outstanding quality. They constantly monitor project progress, manage risk, and verify that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Role Requirements

• Develop a strong market connect in public and private sector in BFSI space
• Support leadership in developing and executing sector-specific go-to-market strategies
• Engage clients at the CxO level to lead innovation pursuits
• Support leadership with research in developing thought leadership and PoVs
• Lead engagements / workstreams and drive teams in program execution
• Increased accountability to deliver engagements with limited support from senior leadership
• Support in business development activities across the region with a focus on the UAE market
• Support in proposal development, pitch presentation and ensure sales closure
• Support in managing ecosystem partners
• Work with internal stakeholders in articulating customer situations, extracting the best solution proposition for the customer and in ensuring customer delight
• Support new and start-up engagements working with the wider team within the client organization

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with a Big 4 / Tier 1 / Boutique consulting firm. Having worked in a bank or with an IT product vendor will be preferable
• Ability to architect solutions and develop proposals
• Worked in large transformation engagements
• Management Graduate from a top university / business school in India or abroad
• Candidate should be confident in dealing with the client team in the project. Candidate should be very familiar with the Middle East business ecosystem
• It will be useful to have established industry presence - including publications and conference engagements
• Should have experience in the banking domains and/or services being offered by our FS technology practice
• Exposure to TOGAF / ITIL / BIAN / PMP / COBIT / BABOK / SAFe Agilist 5.0 standards, frameworks, certifications
• Working experience in one or many of the banking industry applications
