About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role of Front Office Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk, directing the activities of the Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, and Concierge Departments to create a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met.
Our Ideal Front Office Manager candidate will have:
Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality. You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, and an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a passion for service and providing a memorable guest experience. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
