Overview of the role:
• Effectively handle Air, Sea & Land Freight operations and coordinate with Clients, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Overseas Agents, Ground Handling Agents (GHA), and local authorities.
• Handle Aerospace-related logistics, such as handling AOG (Aircraft On Ground), TCS (Time Critical Service), and coordinating Air Side Deliveries on time.

What you will do:

1. Effectively manage each job in a timely manner for the customers allocated.
2. Clear the assigned incoming/outgoing Air & Sea Freight shipments as per the terms.
3. Handle Aerospace Logistics movements/AOGs/Time Critical shipments.
4. Manage the documentation and process of various authority approvals such as Police, Municipality, MOFA, etc.
5. Job registration, update details in EDI Cargowise, invoicing, and e-docs to be managed efficiently.
6. Handle additional customer jobs as needed, especially during annual leave and as directed by the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager.
7. Ensure timely invoicing and avoid issuance of credit notes.
8. Provide reporting dashboard as per the requested content (job context) in the format provided.

Required Skills to be successful:
• Understanding of ATA processes and experience in consolidation and direct deliveries.
• Well-versed with customs processes in KSA and Incoterms.
• Efficient in Freight management and knowledgeable in DO issuances from GHAs.
• Ability to efficiently handle clients, key accounts, and coordinate with Agent offices worldwide.

About the team:
The role reports to the Freight Manager and will interact with internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
2. 3 - 5 years of knowledge in Air Freight Operations Management practices and procedures.
3. Good communication and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects).
4. Knowledge in Human Resources Management and Finance is a plus.
