One of Kafaat’s government clients is looking for a Document Control and Procurement Assistant.

Job Purpose:

Kafa’at is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Document Control and Procurement Assistant for a 3-month opportunity. This role will support procurement and document management tasks, ensuring the efficient organization, storage, and distribution of documents, while assisting with procurement-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Organize and store documents in an efficient and orderly manner to ensure easy access.
  • Review and update existing documentation to maintain accuracy and relevancy.
  • Ensure all documents are converted into digital copies for better accessibility and management.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute documents as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and implement new filing systems to enhance document management processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in document control or procurement support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
