Job Brief
The Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all areas of quality and standards are being met throughout the resort through the use of quality visits, quality audits, reports and tracking of various quality scores. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records.
Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.
Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines.
Complete and provide regular internal audit reports.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
To laterally coordinate with concerned departments in day to day activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline.
Experience in FMCG or similar environment, with team management experience.
HACCP Level 3 qualification and experience in retailer quality systems.
Knowledge of BRC compliance and audits.
Strong project management skills.
Licensing or Certifications for Sustainability Manager:
List any licenses or certifications required by the position: LEED, ISO, EPA, ISO14001, PMP, WELL, USGBC, TRUE, GRI, TSCA.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Up-to-date knowledge of technical advances and consumer trends.
