Ensure that delivered services are aligned with Boecker food safety manual terms and regulations. Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as:
Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other). Conduct courtesy calls and visits. Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports. Organize, provide and deliver Boecker Food Safety training programs. Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed. Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly. Maintain data entries and data integrity on our systems. Participate in the organization of Public Health events internally and externally. Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during the prospecting phase.
