Are you experienced in Fleet Management and Vehicle Coordination?

If you have experience in overseeing vehicle operations, dealing with vehicle leasing companies, ensuring timely maintenance, and coordinating fleet dispatches, then we want to hear from you!

This position is reserved for nationals only.

You will be working for a US headquartered company based in Al Khobar. If you are looking for a long-term and sustainable growth, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate vehicle assignments based on operational needs.
  2. Ensure vehicles are properly serviced and maintained by coordinating with leasing companies / service providers.
  3. Coordinate the dispatching of vehicles for various business operations and employee use.
  4. Ensure proper documentation (e.g., delivery forms, trip logs) is maintained for each trip.
  5. Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
  6. Track fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and service history for all vehicles.
  7. Maintain accurate records for each vehicle, including registration, insurance, and inspection documentation.
  8. Ensure that all necessary legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met for each vehicle.
  9. Ensure that vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations, including periodic checks and inspections.
  10. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations concerning vehicle operation.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  1. Fluent in English is a Must.
  2. This position is for nationals only.
  3. Min 2 yrs experience in vehicle coordination, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
  4. Experience with vehicle maintenance management and scheduling.
  5. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and relevant laws/regulations.
  6. Familiarity with fleet management software or scheduling tools (preferred).
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  8. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Job Location: Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: SAR 7,000/Month
