The Fire and Safety Services Lead role is responsible and accountable for safeguarding all hospital personnel lives, property, and assets by planning, formulating, implementing, and supervising fire safety plans that address specific fire and life safety systems. Duties include developing prevention plans for all potential risks and emergency response plans to ensure the safety of the NEOM healthcare facilities.
The role will require a high level of technical and interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a culturally appropriate attitude that embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all safety management and risk prevention activities in NEOM healthcare facilities.
- Ensure safety across all day-to-day operations, maintaining and improving services.
- Oversee the fire and loss prevention service partner.
- Support in developing and enriching a safety priority culture across NEOM healthcare facilities for residents, visitors, employees, and service partners.
- Provide analysis of accident/incident statistics, identify trends, and suggest improvement plans.
- Provide technical support to Senior Management on safety-related subjects.
- Conduct in-house safety training.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Provide safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the direct supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Execute fire risk assessments, inspections, and audits across all NEOM healthcare facilities and develop and implement fire safety emergencies.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations.
- Establish mechanisms to manage and maintain property information for all aspects of NEOM healthcare facilities works related to fire to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Support the NEOM Hospital Management in the Fire and Safety Services Policy and Guidelines issue.
- Support the NEOM Hospital Management in defining organizational roles and responsibilities concerning safety aspects.
- Ensure, in accordance with NEOM healthcare facilities guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Hospital safety systems.
- Perform any other related tasks as directed.
- Develop monthly or periodic reports to share and present to management as requested.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 4 or more years of experience in Healthcare, Safety, and Fire Services or equivalent.
- Working knowledge in Safety and Management Systems, Incident Command System.
- Extensive knowledge in CBAHI, NFPA, and OSHA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Qualifications in Fire & Safety Management Systems are preferred.
- Master's degree is preferred.
