Fire alarm technician

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fire Alarm Technician at Advanced Safety Company located in Al Khobar, with some work from home flexibility. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems and life safety equipment. Additionally, the technician will provide exceptional customer service in responding to alarms, conducting system inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems skills
• Troubleshooting and Life Safety knowledge
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Experience with fire alarm systems and safety equipment
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Certifications in fire alarm systems fields is a plus
• Diploma in electrical only is a must
