Financial Manager

Responsibilities

1. Work with the Group to establish and improve the financial management and process systems of the overseas business unit, including accounting, financial budgeting, management accounting, tax management, fund management and property rights management.
2. Research the investment and financing environment and investment trends in the Middle East and assist in the formulation of the Company's investment and financing strategies.
3. Organise the accounting work of the various business units of the Company and prepare the various financial statements.
4. Organise the Company's financial analysis and financial risk management work.
5. Preparing and analysing the Company's management accounts.
6. To prepare the Company's cash budget and be responsible for the use of capital.
7. Managing the company's various tax matters, optimising tax planning and ensuring the company's compliance with local tax legislation.
8. Identify and manage various cost issues, analyse the cost structure and make proposals to minimise costs.
9. Responsible for contract structure analysis and tax planning for international projects.
10. Establish and update tax policy guidelines for China and local taxes.
11. Review local accounting situation, analyse internal and external accounts, review accounting vouchers and financial statements, and manage financial documents.
12. Manage cash flow, bank accounts, bank guarantees and letters of credit.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in accounting, financial management or related fields.
2. CET-6 or above in English and can use English as a working language.
3. 3 years or more of work experience in financial management in an overseas company.
4. Hold a junior or higher professional qualification in accounting.
5. Understand the latest national accounting standards, international accounting standards, tax laws, financial and other relevant laws, regulations and policies, and have extensive professional knowledge in accounting, financial management and related fields.
6. Possess good execution ability, learning and innovation ability and good writing skills. Be able to withstand high intensity work pressure.
7. Possess good professional ethics, abide by laws and disciplines, adhere to principles, love and respect the job and have good confidentiality awareness.
8. Able to accept long-term overseas work assignments.
