Financial Controller Supervisor

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Audit financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Analyze financial data.
• Develop financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and the General Court of Audit.
• Provide mentorship and advice for finance team members.
• Develop and implement internal control systems to mitigate risk.
• Perform any other job-related duties as requested by the Line Manager.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Required Years of Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role or function.
