About the Role:

We're looking for a Financial Controller to oversee and manage the company's financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning. This role will focus on optimizing financial processes, managing accounts receivable, and working closely with senior management to drive financial efficiency. The Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting construction project finances and maintaining strong internal controls.

What You'll Be Doing:

Financial Management & Planning

• Oversee and manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement internal financial policies, controls, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate with auditors to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding debts.
• Optimize cash flow management, investments, and financial risks to support business sustainability.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper reconciliation of receivables and payables.

Risk Management & Cost Control

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure cost-effective financial management and optimize project financial controls.
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee financial control in construction projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.
• Proven experience in the construction and contracting industry.
• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and a solid understanding of broader financial areas.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic (Native).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
