Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly ambitious young professional
under 45 years old with a strong background in real estate finance. The ideal
candidate must hold a CFA certification and have 5 to 10 years of experience in
financial and accounting roles, including at least one year in a managerial or
leadership position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as
a Financial Controller in real estate or construction company. The candidate
must possess expertise in budgeting, financial statements, cash flow
management, and financial modelling, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from a reputable
  university in India or Pakistan.
• CFA certification is mandatory; CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• 5 -10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with at
  least one year in a leadership role.
• Candidates must have experience as Financial Controller in
  real estate or construction firms.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, and
  cash flow management.
• Financial modelling skill is mandatory (The candidate must
  submit a sample of their work in financial modeling).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to
  financial planning.
• Language Skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Arabic proficiency is a plus.
