Position Objectives:
Will be responsible for providing financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making related to demand management and expansion activities within the Fiber Supply Management department.
This role involves analyzing business performance, developing financial models, and conducting financial forecasting and scenario analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance as the business expands its fiber infrastructure and services.

Demand Forecasting and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer demand patterns to predict future demand for fiber services, supporting expansion decisions and capacity planning.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluate the financial viability of new fiber infrastructure projects by comparing projected costs with anticipated benefits, ensuring strategic investments.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts to support department activities and projects related to fiber demand management and expansion.
Revenue Growth Analysis: Track and assess the growth of fiber-related revenue, identifying key drivers and trends to inform business strategy and expansion efforts.
Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the financial performance of ongoing projects, analyzing variances against budget and highlighting areas for improvement.
Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Analysis: Review and assess capital expenditure related to fiber network expansion, ensuring alignment with overall financial strategies and performance goals.
Financial Reporting: Prepare high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential financial risks related to fiber infrastructure expansion, providing recommendations to mitigate negative impacts on financial performance.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate financial processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
Revenue Growth: Track the increase in revenue generated by fiber services, indicating business success and expansion effectiveness.
Budget Variance: Measure the difference between budgeted and actual figures for fiber demand and expansion projects, highlighting areas for cost optimization.
Cost Efficiency: Assess the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives and resource utilization in fiber infrastructure expansion projects.
Project ROI: Evaluate the return on investment for fiber demand and expansion projects, ensuring financial benefits align with strategic goals.
Customer Satisfaction: Collect and analyze feedback regarding fiber service performance to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
Demand Forecast Accuracy: Measure the accuracy of demand forecasts to ensure alignment with actual business needs and expansion plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and business performance analysis, preferably in infrastructure or telecommunications.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support business expansion initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
Knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital expenditure evaluation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights in a clear, concise manner.
