Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing performance, and supporting decision-making through strategic insights. This position requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the board.
2. Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven financial insights to support decision-making processes.
3. Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop financial forecasts and budget reports to inform business planning.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance and recommend ways to improve profitability and efficiency.
5. Project Management: Conduct financial analyses and risk forecasting for projects, aligning outcomes with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis or a related field.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
3. Certification: FMVA certification is mandatory.
4. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and AI-related tools.
5. Analytical Abilities: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex financial data.
6. Communication: Clear communicator, able to present financial insights to both specialists and non-specialists.
7. Collaboration: Team-oriented with effective leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
