Job Title: Analyst

Job Purpose

1. The position will serve as an Analyst and Advisor for the plant, providing support to the Controller. The Analyst will manage the system aspects of the monthly closing and forecasting processes while ensuring that best practices and procedures are implemented across the organization.
2. As a member of the Finance team, the primary purpose of this role is to provide the necessary financial analysis, comply with all global reporting activities and requirements, and coordinate all Hyperion system operations during the month-end close, forecasting, and planning. Additionally, the Analyst will assist with any business improvement initiatives as needed.

Key Accountabilities

1. Financial closing, Business plan, budgeting and forecasting cycle. Prepare all required reports during month-end closing, month/quarter forecast, collecting and checking all the information, ensuring timely completion of requirements as well as being accountable for the accuracy of the data presented. Apply continuous improvement to the reporting process to ensure solid reporting by each month's end.
2. Performance reporting, acting as a link between all parties involved in the Finance process and having a clear understanding of the results of the company at all times.
3. Cost optimization.
4. Follow up and control of CAPEX.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance.
