Finance Specialist

The Deputy Head of Financial Resources or Financial Specialist will support the Head of Financial Resources in managing banking transactions, cash flow, financial reporting, compliance, and audits. The role involves handling online payments, bank reconciliations, tax reporting, and contract management to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online banking, payments, and cash flow.
• Oversee banking relationships and financial reporting.
• Track employee expenses, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Assist with tax compliance, audits, and financial controls.
• Support contract management and financial policy improvements.

Skills

• 4 years in finance, treasury, or accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, tax, and compliance.
• English required, Arabic & Spanish are a plus
