Finance Plant Controller, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Now Hiring!

What you´ll do

• Prepares financial planning, forecasting, and internal monthly statements.
• Tracks KPIs, conducts in-depth analysis, and suggests areas for improvement.
• Provides reports and analysis to support decision-making in AO and SBUs.
• Monitors cost developments and conducts variance analysis.
• Ensures compliance with financial reporting guidelines and governance standards.
• Promotes financial controlling (CO) knowledge across the organization.
• Drives continuous improvement in CO concepts, processes, and tools.
• Manages financial controlling tasks for capital investments and MFO projects.
• Leads the team in recruiting, onboarding, and development, fostering agility and digitalization.

What makes you a good fit

• Strong background in finance, accounting, and controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial tools, reporting, and ERP systems.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Fluent in Arabic (Arabic speaker is a must).
• Experience working in a plant environment.
