Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Sealy's global standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth plans.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue generation, and expenditures to maintain fiscal health.
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting processes, including the preparation, review, and consolidation of budgets.
  • Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Saudi National with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to drive performance.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
