We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate level Finance Manager specializing in Real Estate Consultancy Services to strengthen our financial management team. The candidate will possess strong expertise in developing complex development, master community, and building operating and service charge models, service charge apportionment methodologies, break-even point analysis, and operating expense analysis. In addition to project management and client reporting, this role requires exceptional presentation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to support the line manager in developing and advising innovative and market-leading consultancy solutions. The preferred candidate for this role would ideally be located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or demonstrates a willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:


Project Execution


Develop and oversee the development of complex development, master community, and building service charge models in line with the RICS guidelines. Develop service charge apportionment methodologies as per the best market practices. Conduct break-even point (BEP) analysis to evaluate the financial feasibility and profitability of real estate projects. Manage client financial reporting requirements, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies and procedures. Create interactive dashboards and reports for C-suite executives. Utilize excellent presentation skills to communicate complex financial concepts. Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate operating expenses. Collaborate with external parties to review, assess, and update the service rate cards periodically. Interpret development master plans and designs. Develop comprehensive life cycle costing models and reserve fund models.

Project Management


Effectively lead and manage consultancy mandates simultaneously. Lead the interpretation and evaluation of Request for Proposals and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams. Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and compliance with client requirements. Continuously monitor project progress against risk, timelines, and deliverables.

Client Management and Business Development


Travel across the GCC region to attend client meetings and industry events. Build and foster strong client relationships. Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Property & Asset Management.

Strategic Thinking


Employ a strategic mindset to identify real estate opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate financial analysis into strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends and provide valuable insights.

Team Management


Lead a team of senior financial analysts, providing guidance and mentoring. Clearly communicate and assign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
