• Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budget, providing actionable insights to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards specific to the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to analyze cost structures and improve profitability margins.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring funds are available for production needs while minimizing excess inventory.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls tailored to manufacturing operations to mitigate risk.
• Lead financial audits and facilitate communication with external auditors relevant to manufacturing practices.
