JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Financial Manager, you'll be responsible for creating financial reports, directing investments, and developing plans and strategies for the long-term financial benefit of a business or organization. You may work at hotels, banks, and insurance companies, and work closely with the management team.
Key Accountabilities:

1. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
2. Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
3. Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
4. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
5. Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
6. Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.
7. Mediation between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues to resolve differences.
8. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in facility management is a must.
3. 10 years of experience in Finance.
4. Postgraduate degrees in financial management are a big plus.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Experience with financial management software systems.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
