Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Food & Beverage Company. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, cost control, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry regulations. They will play a key role in strategic decision-making to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee financial statements, cash flow, and P&L management.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations. - Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor food cost, operational expenses, and pricing strategies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. - Accounting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
Handle VAT, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits. - Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Analyze financial data to provide insights for business growth and expansion.
Support management with investment and capital expenditure decisions.
Assess market trends, competition, and financial risks. - Cash Flow & Inventory Management:
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
Oversee inventory costing and stock control to prevent wastage and pilferage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong understanding of costing, pricing, and financial controls.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of restaurant, catering, or food manufacturing operations.
Experience handling supply chain finance and vendor payments.
Understanding of food safety regulations and industry financial benchmarks.
