As we digitize and scale our financial operations, we are looking for a sharp, solution-driven Finance Manager to drive financial efficiency, compliance, and strategy across Saudi, UAE, and Lebanon.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management and a keen eye for risk management, tax compliance, and process improvement. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering capability building and ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support the VP of Finance in strategic planning, providing insights to support informed decision-making and the continued financial health and growth of the organization.

You are a strategic finance leader with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, risk management, and tax compliance. You thrive in high-growth environments, enjoy solving problems, and can navigate complexity with confidence.

This role requires Arabic and English fluency and the ability to work across multiple markets while leading and developing a remote and in-person finance team.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities

Own Financial Strategy & Reporting

1. Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and decision-making.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage Cash Flow & Risk

1. Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
2. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and legal risks.

Ensure Tax Compliance & Optimization

1. Manage tax strategy and compliance across KSA, UAE, and GCC markets.
2. Work with external advisors to optimize tax positions and ensure adherence to evolving regulations.

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Finance Team

1. Build and lead a hybrid (remote and in-person) finance team that delivers on financial objectives.
2. Coach and develop team members, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

Optimize Finance Operations

1. Improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.
2. Build strong relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Be a Key Partner in Strategic Growth

1. Provide financial insights that guide business strategy and expansion efforts in the region.
2. Support the VP of Finance with high-impact financial planning and executive reporting.

What You Bring Skills & Experience

1. Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop practical, scalable solutions.
3. Ability to lead and influence stakeholders while building strong internal and external relationships.
4. Adaptability and a solutions-first mindset, thriving in a fast-changing environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and controls.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. 10+ years in finance roles, with at least 3 years as a Finance Manager.
3. Experience working across multiple geographies, with a preference for KSA, UAE, and GCC markets.
