Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager at Enbon in Riyadh, with flexibility for remote work. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role will play a key part in supporting Enbon's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support strategic business objectives.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, monitor budget performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  4. Financial Control: Implement robust financial controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and external auditors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology company.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, budgeting tools).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A solid understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
  2. Experience in a multinational or international company.
  3. Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
  4. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
