Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management, consolidation, and reporting. The ideal candidate must hold a CPA or ACCA certification and have prior experience in financial consolidation. Preference will be given to candidates with Big 4 experience who bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Consolidation
Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in consolidated accounts.
Streamline consolidation processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
Financial Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Lead the preparation of audit-ready financial reports and liaise with external auditors.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and financial controls.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Support professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Partner with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
Work closely with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
CPA or ACCA certification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of progressive finance experience, including hands-on experience in financial consolidation.
Big 4 experience is strongly preferred, especially in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and drive efficiency in financial processes.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
