Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of driving business performance through sound financial management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify trends, evaluate financial performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an easily digestible manner to senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
