Finance Manager

Job Summary:

Manage the G&I Monthly financials, ensure having the required analysis along with the cause of change to be presented in the monthly review, highlight the key issues and develop the corrective action plan. Manage the cash flow statement, statutory audit & GCC audit. Manage the authorized prime signatory for all banks.

Manage the SG&A, BS and cashflow budget and FCST preparation, get all the needed information from the business owners.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end month-end closing accounting and financial reporting submission.
• Control the PnL and BS line, review the aging analysis, and ensure the suppliers are paid on time.
• Control the company's NWC monthly and get the business justification on the deviations and ensure achieving the company's KPIs/ target by year-end.
• Manage the cash flow statement and ensure its accuracy in accordance with the company's vision and needs.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage the day-to-day operation activities with all stakeholders.
• Business partner with all stakeholders to identify the issue and provide full support.
• Ensure the accuracy of the monthly financial statements and ensure its submitted on time in line with the division calendar.
• Manage the financial statement analysis quarterly package to be delivered to the Americana group finance team.
• Ensure compliance with the Americana group financial reporting/ accounting definitions.
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and ensure providing all the statutory audit requirements on time.
• Control the monthly SG&A spending while using a monthly dashboard analysis to be reviewed with the package owners and division team in the monthly management review forums.
• Support the division team in the monthly/quarterly/annual cause of change analysis vs the prior year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance.
