About the Role - To develop, oversee, support and manage the Subsidiary with various initiatives which include formulating budgets, providing financial analysis and projections to be used in decision-making and planning, and overseeing accounts payables and receivables.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Prepare and collate accurate reporting for senior management and external stakeholders relating to aspects of business performance.
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
Work on Supply Chain & Logistics projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Preparation, upload and ongoing upkeep of budgets and forecasts in coordination with internal departments and stakeholders.
Overall financial forecast, cash flows, funding requirements, and cost of capital, and conduct internal studies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
Maintain all records for easy audit purposes.
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Manage activities of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accounts are administered in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related degree.
Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
No less than 5+ years total experience, including 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other operational organizations.
Experience in dynamic high-volume transactional environment.
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) preferred.
