Oversee cash flow, fixed deposit placement, and cash forecasting to optimize liquidity and return.
Prepare and report treasury activities, including cash, loans, swaps, insurance, and tax compliance, to senior management.
Manage banking relationships, credit card arrangements, and payment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with finance directives.
Ensure compliance with finance directives, loan agreements, tax regulations, and insurance policies through regular reviews and adherence to payment schedules.
Manage insurance renewals, claims processing, and manufacturer relationships to maintain adequate coverage and minimize risk exposure.
Address inquires related to payments, credit cards, insurance, taxes, and banking operations to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
Oversee budget preparation and monthly budget/actual variance analysis.
Manage the finance department.
Job Requirements
University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
10+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a reputed corporate.
Experience in Automobile corporation is desirable.
Experience in Chinese auto dealership corporation is a plus.
