Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Preparation:
   • Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data to prepare reports.
   • Support the accounting team in monthly financial reconciliation.
2. Account Management:
   • Assist in reviewing various financial accounts.
   • Support the accounting team in organizing accounts and expenses.
3. Invoice and Payment Preparation:
   • Help prepare invoices for suppliers and clients.
   • Track daily payments and financial transactions.
4. Financial Performance Analysis:
   • Contribute to analyzing financial performance indicators and providing periodic reports.
   • Assist the finance team in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
5. Financial Reporting:
   • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports.
   • Assist in preparing the necessary data for internal and external audits.
6. Support in Accounting Systems:
   • Work with the institution's electronic accounting systems.
   • Update financial data regularly and ensure its accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Currently a student in the field of Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work within a team.
