Filling Shift Supervisor

Role Purpose

To effectively manage a multicultural team of operators, overseeing operations activities during their respective shift with a focus on high safety standards, quality, productivity, and timely delivery of superior products at the right cost and with the right quality.

Key Accountabilities

1. Daily Operations
2. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Filling Team leader to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
3. Ensure that Filling Operators request the packaging materials according to the production plan, considering the availability of packaging materials in the buffer store.
4. Manage the daily production plan according to production program (sequence, date, and time).
5. Ensure CUTE is updated timely with the accurate data captured by Filling Operators.

Job Requirements

Education and Certification Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Food or Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years experience at the supervisory level.
• Dairy Food Technology Diploma / Technical Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years experience at the supervisory level.

Experience, Knowledge and Expertise:

• 3-5 years’ experience at the supervisory level.
• Excellent English in reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Safety and Quality consciousness.
