We are looking for a Technical Field Support Engineer to provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of KONE products.


In this role, you will resolve technical issues identified by manufacturing and installation teams, working to ensure products are installed in compliance with KONE’s safety, process, and quality requirements, without problems and on a timely basis.


What will you do?


  • Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation issues

  • Provide support also in digital, APF, software, and BIM related issues

  • Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements

  • Conduct product development matrix audit points

  • Develop installation methods

  • Develop troubleshooting tools

  • Train local trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions

  • Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective actions

  • Be aware and operate within KONE safety requirements

  • Ensure each installation follows the global processes and guidelines

  • Allocate daily work together with the Technical Field Support Manager

  • Review daily priorities in the team and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved.

Are you the one?


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Elevator & Escalator or similar industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities, with exceptional follow-up skills.

  • This role is open for Saudi Nationals.
