Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Supervisor / Senior Project Engineer with expertise in Instrument Engineering for our Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Instrumentation, DCS systems, and extensive experience with Saudi Aramco standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the execution of Instrumentation and DCS systems installations.
• Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards and relevant industry codes.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform site inspections and evaluations to verify work quality and safety.
• Oversee the commissioning and troubleshooting of Instrumentation and DCS systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field staff.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, including Saudi Aramco representatives, to ensure project specifications and standards are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Experience: 10+ years in Instrument Engineering with a focus on Oil & Gas projects.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Saudi Aramco projects is a must.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Instrumentation systems, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and project engineering.
• Education: A degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and field personnel.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and client interactions.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the commissioning and startup of Instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with HAZOP studies and risk management.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance in the Oil & Gas industry.
