Field Service Mechanical Supervisor

Working at Field Service Department, this person will be responsible for working on Site for outage projects for Turbines and related equipment, support outage projects planning/close out process, support QMS documents development and support PDCA process for Field Service department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE measures are adhered to on site with no tolerance for safety violations.
• Ensure all employees complete mandatory HSE training for applicable tasks and the work is performed following applicable HSE documents.
• Supervise work to ensure work activities are completed safely and with Mitsubishi Power (MPW) Quality Standard.
• Management of site activities including planning, organizing and monitoring of resources such as Manpower and Tools for the Area of Supervision.
• Working on Site for Mitsubishi Power outage projects inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
• Support outages planning/close out process as required.
• Support Development Process for QMS (Quality Management System).
• Support PDCA process to achieve continuous improvement process within FS department.
• Perform Mechanical Technical Services scope of work during outages and provide on-site technical guidance for Manpower under area of supervision.
• Lead the implementation of Quality Control Procedures during disassembly, inspection, and assembly of turbines and related equipment.
• Interpret and apply drawings, field procedures, and technical documents to open/close activities.
• To fulfill applicable Quality Plan and Quality Control Sheets for tasks as applicable.
• Lead, monitor, and control daily progress to ensure the target plan is achieved safely and with high quality.
• Submit daily reports and proper handover to other shift as applicable.
• Support QMS Development Process such as Work Procedures, Quality Plans, Quality Control Sheets as required.
