About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver exceptional technical service for laser dermatology devices. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving technical excellence, and supporting AMICO’s continued growth in the field of advanced medical technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and upgrade aesthetic laser devices in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and schedules.
2. Technical Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled checks and upgrades to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency.
4. Customer Support: Provide training and guidance to users on device operation, ensuring maximum utilization.
5. Sales Collaboration: Identify and communicate sales opportunities related to service contracts and spare parts to the sales team.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Proven experience in technical service, preferably within a similar domain.
3. Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices or laser dermatology devices is a must.
4. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
