Core Objective: Through offline promotion, directly increase the actual order volume of the app.
Job Responsibilities
Offline Promotion: Primarily in outdoor settings, proactively approach every target customer, introduce KeeMart’s product highlights and coupon offers, and guide them to complete app downloads and purchases on the spot.
Process Follow-up: Address any questions customers may have during registration, app usage, or ordering, ensuring a positive user experience.
Achieve Sales: Responsible for user activation (download + order), meeting daily order targets.
Summary & Feedback: Conduct a daily review of work, identify and propose improvements, and promptly report market feedback to the supervisor.
Team Support: Collaborate with the team on other necessary promotional or marketing activities.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements:
Must be a Saudi national or hold a valid work IQAMA;
Preference given to candidates from Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, and other Arab countries.
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic with a basic proficiency in English.
Working Hours: Must be able to accommodate afternoon-to-evening hours for field sales promotions.
Outdoor Work: Able to endure hardship, adapt to frequent outdoor tasks, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
Personality & Communication: Outgoing, skilled at breaking the ice and communicating with strangers; possess a certain level of persuasion and approachability.
Stress Resistance & Adaptability: Maintain a positive mindset in changing or high-pressure situations, and adjust quickly as needed.
Sales Experience: Some offline sales or promotion experience, able to actively approach potential customers and guide them to place orders (slightly relaxed requirement for female candidates).
Compensation
Overall Income Range: Approximately 6,000 – 15,000 SAR (based on actual performance related to order volume)
