Job Summary
The Field Marketing Specialist will support and execute marketing engagement with decision makers in our target accounts in the Central Gulf & Egypt region. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for Cloud based products and solutions in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt.
The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the local marketing manager and local sales teams to support the pipeline generation through various tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan for the region.
- Support the execution of initiatives approved in the plan to generate new business.
- Ensure that the campaigns and events are executed in a timely manner and optimized for best performance.
- Be held accountable for specific KPIs & ROI set by the region (including leads generated, sales meetings held, pipeline and revenue).
- Ensure you are managing the budget given to you appropriately.
- Engage in joint marketing plans with some of our strategic alliances.
- Manage social media content by working with our agency on up to date content.
- Manage our User Group Community on LinkedIn.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Fluent in Arabic (written not mandatory).
- Have some experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc).
- Have some experience with event management (have executed B2B events in the past).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field (university or business school).
How we work:
We are a fully hybrid team with the team working between the office and home. Your direct mentor and coach will be based with you in Riyadh while others are based in Dubai and South Africa. The Director of Marketing will be based in Dubai.
When working from home, you will still feel connected to the team with our weekly meetings, 1-1s and daily slack (instant messaging) chats with the other marketers!
