Female General Manager (Pilates Studio) | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're recruiting a passionate and proactive female General Manager for a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Package:

1. Tax-free basic monthly salary: US$ 3,000 - 5,000 (approximately 11,260 - 18,770 SAR)

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Minimum 5 years managerial experience
2. Relevant undergraduate diploma
3. Fluent in English
4. Detail-oriented and organized
5. Outgoing personality and a people’s person
6. Well versed with all Microsoft Office software

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the studio’s overall experience whether in class or out of class.
2. Actively engaging in recruitment and team development.
3. Periodically adjusting class schedule to improve client experience.
4. Constantly engage with clients to ensure their experience is well met.
5. In charge of weekly sales reports and HR weekly reporting and planning.
6. Managing performance and development of instructors to reach their potential.
7. Effectively communicating information between the team.
8. Developing ways to increase client retention.
9. Working alongside studio leadership to develop and implement strategies.
10. Overseeing internal and external events.

As a team leader, your role will be to guide and support the team to be energetic, motivated and bring a can-do approach so that the team can thrive in their daily tasks. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all general management tasks which will include HR, budgeting, scheduling, client feedback, etc.
