Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train staff on safety procedures and equipment use.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (work orders, inspections, repairs).
- Ensure SOR completion before due date.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms.
- Ensure minimal disruption to school activities during repairs.
- Coordinate with safety team for monthly fire drills and report findings.
- Manage sound system and AC scheduling for events in MPH and main buildings.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks with operations team.
- Request materials based on system criticality.
- Report and follow up on vandalism incidents inside the school.
- Ensure timely closure of pending tasks with soft service suppliers.
- Close out imminent dangers in a timely manner.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with end users.
- Follow up with reactive team to ensure activities are closed on time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering / ITI (Preferred).
- Experience preferably in Facility management.
