AFIL (Fiber glass pipes) is now hiring Fabrication Crew Leader with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

We are looking for a disciplined individual who can provide highly efficient interviews to select suitable candidates, prepare curricula vitae, and schedule final interviews with representatives of our clients. The role also involves making necessary formalities to facilitate the movement of workers to clients in case of specialization shortages.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates.
2. Preparing curricula vitae for candidates.
3. Scheduling final interviews with clients.
4. Facilitating worker transfers to clients.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
